Our learning week beginning 25.09.23

 Week beginning 25.09.22 What a wonderful week we have had! The children have had a very busy first full week at school and I am so proud of them all!! I think we will all be ready for bed tonight :) Thank you to all of you that were able to come into class on Thursday afternoon to see the provision, the children loved showing you around.  This week we have been  learning new sounds in phonics and remembering the previous ones - s a t p i n m d g o c k  practicing counting up to 20 and down from 10 exploring our new environment and learning how to use resources well enjoying their first PE lesson "that was the best PE lesson ever" making a range of art work - insect painting, weaving  making AB patterns  Phonics: we follow the Little Wandle phonics scheme which have a link for parents to access so you can see and hear the sounds that they are learning at the moment.  Week beginning 26.09.22 What a wonderful week we have had! The children have shown me how well they have settled into their new routine and I have loved seeing their confidence grow and their personalities coming out. They really are all amazing! This week we have been  learning new sounds in phonics and remembering the previous ones - s a t p i n m d  practicing counting up to 20 and down from 10 exploring our new environment and learning how to use resources well learning to share and take turns  getting used to the loud noises in the dinner hall and trying new foods  Phonics: we follow the Little Wandle phonics scheme which have a link for parents to access so you can see and hear the sounds that they are learning at the moment.
